Welcome to OxServers Shared Hosting

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a welcome email with your account credentials. Here is what to do next.

Step 1 — Access Your Customer Portal

Log in at /portal using the email and password you registered with. From the portal you can view your active services, invoices, and domains.

Step 2 — Open OxPanel

Navigate to Services in the portal and click on your hosting service. You will find a direct link to OxPanel, our web hosting control panel.

Step 3 — Point Your Domain

Update your domain's nameservers to:

ns1.oxservers.com
ns2.oxservers.com

DNS propagation typically takes 24–48 hours.

Step 4 — Upload Your Website

Use the File Manager in OxPanel or connect via FTP using your OxPanel credentials. Your website files should be placed in the public_html directory.
